During the Spie Exhibition and Conference held in April 2019 in Baltimore, Ricor introduced two new products.

K508 RoHS
In order to meet the growth in demand for the RoHS standard, a new derivative of K508 RoHS has been developed at Ricor by implementing an onboard RoHS temperature controller and mechanical modifications. Based on the well-known ruggedized and robust design of the K508 model, the cooler design has typical performances similar to the K508 model while the MTTF is extended to 25,000 operating hours @basic profile. The K508 RoHS is suitable for traditional & HOT detectors operating in the range of 65-150K. The cooler has successfully completed qualification testing and production is due to start in Q3/2019.
