Centre of Excellence in Dynamics

Centre Mission and Rationale
The Centre is chartered to ensure the development and maintenance of a leading edge capability in development of novel dynamic solutions for Industry, Businesses, Government Departments and Agencies, Local Authorities, other organisations and individuals requiring high level professional advice, consultancy and full-scale contract research in the areas of R&D where noise and vibration in particular and machine dynamics in general are of concern.
The Centre offers expertise and resources of major industrial and academic institutions, namely RICOR, Cryogenic & Vacuum Systems of Israel, International Centre on Vibro-Impact Systems and Nonlinear Dynamic Research Group of the Wolfson School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering of Loughborough University, UK.
The goal of the Centre is to provide timely, high-quality, and cost-effective research, development, training, seminars and workshops on acoustics, noise, vibration and machine dynamics.
The research undertaken by this Centre will focus on the development and use of a focused blend of applied mathematics, computer science, and engineering aimed at finding optimal and money-saving solutions to complex technical problems.

The Winning Team
Using the unique background, facilities and expertise, Ricor took the lead in creating this team, including the affiliated Industrial and Academic personalities along with associated well-trained technical staff. The Centre is a part of
International Centre on Vibro-Impact Systems (ICoVIS) active at Wolfson School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering of Loughborough University, UK.
