RICOR's management has adopted a policy which defines "quality" as the ability to produce a product in accordance with customer requirements and expectations. The management will verify that the quality system improves its effectiveness in a continuous and consistent process.

RICOR's management believes that producing a high quality product, and maintaining a continuous improvement of its quality system is a principle way of acquiring the trust and satisfaction of its customers, and in fact, an essential condition for the company's continued prosperity and development.

RICOR's management will verify that its established quality policy will be distributed in a cognizant form to all of the company's personnel.

The management will ensure that the company's personnel are instructed fully in all aspects of quality and are assigned as active partners of the processes.

The company's "Quality Policy" was approved and confirmed by RICOR's management.

Environment Policy:

RICOR is committed to achieving a high standard of environmental performance by conserving natural resources, reducing both waste generation and emission loads to air, land and water. Our goal is to comply to all applicable regulatory requirements.
RICOR is accredited to the internationally recognized ISO 14001 standard. RICOR recognizes that one of the main challenges facing industry is environmental responsibility and we recognize environmental responsibility as an integral part of manufacturing excellence and our future success.
We are equally committed to continually improving our environmental programs through our Environmental Management System. We strive for environmental excellence by developing environmental responsibility across all levels of our organization through awareness and training programs. For the purpose of monitoring the importance of this system RICOR maintains a team of environmental trustees to implement, run, review and continuously improve its Environmental Management System.
This section of our web page is intended to demonstrate our environmental commitment and we would welcome any feedback and/or suggestions for improvements because it is through such input that systems can improve benefiting both the community and RICOR.

Safety Policy:

RICOR's management assumes the task of ensuring the safety of its employees and guests as an ongoing goal. The management will make sure that the risks in RICOR's facility are minimal and that the employees' health requirements are fulfilled.

RICOR's management will verify that all the activities carried out in its premises are carried out in accordance with safety laws and regulations. – The Safety Officer will notify the management regarding changes in safety laws and regulations.

Employees required to perform work procedures that might harm their health will use suitable protective equipment and wear suitable protective clothing. All tools and equipment purchased for the company's use will be installed and fitted to protect the employee from injury and possible health hazards.

RICOR's safety board is empowered   to establish continuous improvement programs in order to improve the company's safety status. The safety board's activities will be published by RICOR.

RICOR's management will verify that all members of its staff are familiar with its safety policy. The management will ascertain that all members of its staff are properly instructed in all aspects of the safety policy. The management regards them as full and equal partners in maintaining the company's safety policy.

RICOR's safety policy will be distributed to all its sub contractors.
